Pentair makes many different types of filters,
but the two filters shown here are our choice
for better DE performance. Both come with the
upright backwash valve for easy cleaning and
maintenance. Filter tanks have a 10 year
warranty.

Pentair also makes the Whisperflo pump shown
here with the exclusive Cam & Ramp lid for
easy cleaning. This high-speed, high
performance pump is energy efficient and
comes with a 3 year warranty.

Although we sell all types of heaters, we prefer
the reliability of the Raypak RP2100 digital,
which comes in all sizes for all systems.

Heavy duty three-way valves are our
preference for simplicity and easy handling.

We feel that the Zodiac Baracuda is one of
the best automatic pool sweeps on the market,
picking up dust and larger debris with ease.

Typical equipment replacements

Customer wanted to utilize space adjacent to pool equipment to install a shower stall, so saving
space was an important factor. To achieve this we:

•        Re-aligned existing heater
•        Removed old cartridge filter
•        Removed old noisy 2HP pump & motor
•        Removed 3 old leaking valves and all plumbing
•        Removed old control boxes and cable
•        Installed 1.5HP Whisperflo (customer then qualified for SDG&E rebate)
•        Installed DE filter and backwash valve
•        Installed 3 new valves
•        Re-plumbed entire system with 2” plumbing
•        Installed spa jet button in spa with new underground line to blower
•        Labelled all lines

Existing system had leaking valves, leaking filter, warped plumbing and an inadequate
sweep. To improve this system we:

•        Removed all old equipment except heater
•        Removed all plumbing, cutting lines to ground level
•        Installed two 2HP Whisperflo pumps & motors (jets and circulation)
•        Installed Pentair 60 SQ FT DE filter and backwash valve
•        Installed four new Compool valves and an automatic chlorinator
•        Re-plumbed entire system with 2" plumbing
•        Installed various check valves to ensure system prime
•        Pulled new underground spa jet line to spa button
•        Labelled all lines and installed Baracuda
